Keep your current phone No..

Change your phone company. Keep phone No..

Area Code Selection

With Boloh, you are no longer tied to your "local area code". Our phone service is available nationwide, so choose a new No. in your local calling area or select a No. anywhere else in the country for free.

Keep Your Phone No.

You don't have to lose your phone No. if you change phone companies. If VoIP VoIP offers phone No.s in a city or town near you there's a good chance you can keep your existing phone No. if you switch to Boloh.

This is called Local No. Portability (LNP).

How To Transfer Your No. To Boloh

1.) Determine if your existing phone No. can be transferred. Login to your account and open a ticket for LNP request.

2.) Find a copy of your most repence phone bill that clearly shows your name, No. and service delivery address. All of this information is usually on the first page of your bill.

3.) Fill in the authorization e-link that will be sent by support team and sign electronically.

NOTE: Transfer requests require several business days to process and can, in some cases, take more than thirty (30) business days to complete. VoIP VoIP will keep you informed of the transfer process via email along the way.

Are you connected to Internet with DSL?

DSL subscribers have a special situation because you must keep their existing phone No.s to maintain a high-speed connection to VoIP VoIP. In this instance, we would suggest either transferring your DSL service to another phone line with your current carrier, or you can switch to Cable Internet instead of DSL. We work well either way!

What Happens If Your No. Cannot Be Transferred?

If Boloh cannot transfer your No., you may choose to get a new VoIP VoIP No. in your area or elsewhere. Or, you may decide to keep your existing phone No. with minimal service and add a Boloh No. that will help you save on outgoing calls.
